    We recently added three more electric outlets to plug in your notebook computer. Come sit in a comfortable chair or at a library table and use the free Wi-Fi. All you need is your library card and PIN. Printing is available at $.05 per page.

    To reserve the new Phelps Community Memorial Library Meeting room, pick up an application at the Library. This room is available for use to Phelps Community non-profit organizations.
