Genealogy Club
The Genealogy Club meets the second Tuesday of the month at 7:00pm at the Phelps Community Memorial Library during the months of September through June.
Computer Partners
Computer Partners is a free tutoring service geared to adults with little or no computer experience. Each student will work with an experienced volunteer using a planned training guide on a library computer. You can choose either a Microsoft Vista operating system on a laptop, or a Microsoft Windows XP operating system.
