Summer Reading Program
BE CREATIVE! - Summer Reading Program at the Phelps Community Memorial Library. Tuesdays July 7,14,21,28 for Primary grades 10:30 - 11:30 & Intermediate grades 12:00 - 1:00. Thursdays July 9,16,23,30 for Toddlers (age 18 months - 2 years with caregivers) 10:00 - 10:30 & Preschool 10:30 - 11:30. Teen program with four contests on drawing, short story, photography & song writing. Teen entries due by August 31. Come by the library at 8 Banta St. Suite 200 in Phelps to sign up or call 315-548-3120.

Computer Partners
Computer Partners is a free tutoring service geared to adults with little or no computer experience. Each student will work with an experienced volunteer using a planned training guide on a library computer. You can choose either a Microsoft Vista operating system on a laptop, or a Microsoft Windows XP operating system.
